Complaints
If you have a complaint regarding a program or service of the Education Service Center, Region 2, please email [email protected] to discuss your concern.
Employees are encouraged to first discuss any problems or concerns with their supervisor or an appropriate administrator in an effort to resolve any issues informally. If the matter is not resolved through this informal process, an employee may initiate the formal grievance process by submitting a completed written complaint form (see link below).
Employees shall file Level One complaints with the Human Resources Department by emailing [email protected] or [email protected]
