If you have a complaint regarding a program or service of the Education Service Center, Region 2, please email [email protected] to discuss your concern.  

An employee may initiate the grievance process by timely filing a written complaint form (link below). Employees shall file Level One complaints with the Human Resources Department by emailing [email protected] or [email protected]
