With over a decade of progressive experience in education, Dominique Janeway has served as a teacher, master teacher, Dean of Academics, and currently as a School Improvement Specialist and Communications Manager at ESC Region 2. These roles have deepened her commitment to equity, continuous learning, and systemic transformation—culminating in the completion of her Superintendent Certification.

Her career includes classroom and leadership roles at the School of Science and Technology and San Antonio ISD, where she developed a strong foundation in both instructional practice and organizational leadership. As a certified Texas Instructional Leadership Coach, she specializes in building the capacity of campus and district leaders, aligning adult-led systems with student achievement goals.

Dominique brings a strategic, results-driven approach to school improvement, with expertise in data analysis, stakeholder engagement, project management, market research, and multimedia communications. From designing high-impact professional development to executing district-wide initiatives, she partners with local education agencies to deliver sustainable, measurable outcomes.
