The Principal Instructional Leadership Cooperative (PILC) is a professional learning network designed to strengthen the leadership capacity of campus administrators through high-quality, aligned development and collaborative engagement.

 

This initiative offers six strategically designed sessions throughout the year, each focused on delivering timely, relevant content that supports principals in leading effective, high-performing schools.

 

Through PILC, campus leaders will engage in purposeful professional learning that promotes growth in critical areas of school leadership, while also benefiting from the opportunity to collaborate with fellow administrators across the region. The cooperative provides targeted support aligned with the evolving demands of the principalship, empowering leaders to drive sustainable school improvement and student success.

* Non COOP Members $100 per participant per workshop session

* COOP Members $500 per participant (6 sessions)

* Consultant Full Day (6 hours) $795

* Consultant Half Day (3 hours) $450
