Impact Coaching & Leadership Mentoring for Principals & Campus Leaders

ESC 2 leadership coaches will partner one-on-one with campus leaders to design a targeted action plan that fosters both professional and organizational growth, aligned with the Effective Schools Framework (ESF) and the Texas Principal Evaluation and Support System (T-PESS). Through personalized coaching, leaders will receive comprehensive support in identifying strategic priorities and building the skills necessary to drive impactful change. In addition, participants will engage in a dynamic professional learning community to exchange insights, address challenges, and collaboratively develop solutions that enhance leadership effectiveness.

What is Included:

• Introduction Meeting: Virtual or In Person
• 6 Campus Visits (2-2.5 hours each visit), 3 Zoom Meetings, Unlimited technical assistance via email or telephone.

Fee:  $4,500 per campus leader ($4,000 per campus leader for PILC COOP members)
