SDFSC provides staff development and student training in areas such as mediation, conflict resolution, enhancing self-esteem, drug awareness and prevention, recognition of gangs, violence prevention, safe school walkabouts, family and community involvement. Assistance is also provided in special student focused activities such as Red Ribbon Week Curriculum and Activities, Youth Leadership Conferences and surveys. Networking opportunities are offered through regional contact meetings, teleconferences and other special activities.
