The ESC-2 consultant will provide assistance with the administration of the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs as outlined in the USDA regulations. The consultant will provide on-site technical assistance services, will facilitate and serve as liaison between various entities involved in the integration of the eight components of a coordinated school health services program. The consultant will disseminate nutritional materials, and provide resources and information to facilitate implementation of health nutrition in the classroom and community.
