Transition - Services From School to World

Transition services are to be provided for students with disabilities transitioning from the school system into the world. Training and technical assistance are provided to administrators, transition coordinators/contacts, vocational adjustment coordinators, parents and students in the areas of federal and state rules and regulations regarding the provision of these services. Training is also provided in the development and implementation of effective Individual Transition Plans, transition services and interagency collaboration as well as rules and regulations for credit and graduation requirements for students with disabilities.
