Center for Operational Support
The Center for Operational Support
handles a variety of programs. The main thrust of this center
is in the data processing field. Services are offered for
maintaining student files, scheduling and grade reporting,
and for attendance accounting, achievement test scoring, and
classroom teacher test scoring. School business offices are offered services in payroll, financial accounting, ad
valorem tax, warehouse inventory, fixed asset accounting,
utility control system and cafeteria systems. This center
also has responsibilities for reporting under the Public
Education Information Management Systems (PEIMS) and for
coordinating region wide school bus-drivers training
program, pest control, state teaching permits and
co-operative purchasing program.
The data processing program menu also
contains a multitude of special request programs from which
anyone can choose.
