Audio/Visual Equipment Repair

 

Region 2 coordinates repairs of A/V equipment by offering pick up and delivery of A/V equipment needing repair. Items are picked up at campus in each district and are brought to ESC via van delivery. A service technician selected by the district examines the equipment and either repairs the item as needed or makes contact with the district if repairs are more extensive or costly. All charges are handled between the service company and the district. There is no charge for pick up, delivery, or record keeping to Member of the Educational Media Co-op.

The new 4-part ESC-2 equipment form must be properly filled out and attached to any equipment being picked up by ESC-2. Equipment must not exceed 50 lbs and must be properly packaged and/or secured.
